    • Fill in the required information:
      • Email Address: Enter the desired email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com).
      • Password: Create a strong, secure password.
      • Disk Space Quota: Specify the storage space allocated to the mailbox.
      • Optionally, there may be a field to "Send Copy To" this allows for another email address to receive a copy of all emails sent to the new email address.
    • Click "Add" or "Create" to finalize the creation of the email account.
  1. Managing Email Accounts:
  • Editing Accounts:
    • In the "Mailboxes" section, you'll see a list of your existing email accounts.
    • Look for an "Edit" or "Modify" option next to the account you want to change.
    • You can usually modify settings like the password, quota, and forwarding options.
    • Click "Save" once the desired changes have been made.
  • Deleting Accounts:
    • Similarly, you'll find a "Delete" or "Remove" option next to each email account.
    • Be cautious, as deleting an account will permanently remove its associated emails.
    • Confirm the deletion when prompted.
  1. Setting Up Email Forwarding:
  • Within the email management section of SiteWorx, there will be options relating to forwarders.
  • You will be able to add new forwarders, that will send all emails from one address, to another.
  • You will be able to edit and delete existing forwarders.
  1. Setting Up Autoresponders:
  • Vacation Messages:
    • SiteWorx often includes a feature for setting up vacation messages or autoresponders.
    • This feature might be found within the email account settings or as a separate option in the Email section.
    • You can typically configure:
      • The autoresponder message.
      • The start and end dates (if applicable).
      • Enable or disable the autoresponder.
    • Some webmail applications, such as Horde or Roundcube, that are often included with Interworx, also allow for the setting of vacation messages.

Important Considerations:

  • Password Security: Use strong, unique passwords for all email accounts.
  • Quota Management: Monitor disk space usage to prevent mailboxes from becoming full.
  • Spam Filtering: Familiarize yourself with SiteWorx's spam filtering options to reduce unwanted emails.
  • Webmail Access: SiteWorx typically provides webmail access (e.g., Roundcube, Horde) for checking email through a web browser.
  • Email Client Configuration: You'll need to configure your email client (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird) with the correct server settings (IMAP/POP3, SMTP) to send and receive emails.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage your email accounts within SiteWorx.
